First, the awkward bit
Apple has to invite you. Nobody can hurry that along.
Apple News channels are invitation-only. You request access from Apple, you wait, and approval is comfortably the slowest part of the whole exercise — this tool can't speed it up and neither can anyone else. It's worth starting that request early, because everything after it is quick.
What you're waiting for is three pieces of information: a channel ID, an API key, and a secret. Once those land in your inbox, connecting your Ghost site takes minutes. There's a full walkthrough on the blog.
